Hot check in the late 70’s. It may show up on a background check. Fun story, arrested for a restaurant dumpster lid being left open, owner did not pay the fine. Years later in court fighting a traffic ticket. Did not know there was a warrant for the fine not being paid. Hauled off to jail in handcuffs, very exciting…later all charges were dropped.
