My wife and I brought a Title 18 Lawsuit against a Judge who had been a part of the lawsuit against my granddad. My Granddad died in the middle of the proceedings. Then they convinced my grandmother to move out of the ranch house and bulldozed it down. Then through the misdirection of the courts they took my grandfathers ranch. But they forgot ( or figured the family wouldn’t know) that the law said if the foundation is there the homestead rights remain. (the foundation is still there) I had my Grandmother before she died sign the Homestead rights to me. Somehow, there was a title that Granddad had signed ( A quick Claim Deed) for the ranch to a friend of my fathers. About 20 years went by and we bought a piece of property (not contiguous to the ranch). And got a hold of my Dad’s friend and asked for a Quick Claim Deed on that parcel. Then Dad’s Friend died. Then because of a cloud on the title we had to clear matters in Oregon, my Dad had created and the title Company wanted the Original Deed Granddad had signed over to Dad’s friend. His kids found the Original and sent it to us. It included the entire ranch. This was filed in the courthouse. Then the Judge (who had manipulated the courts and ended up with the ranch) wanted to sell, and there was a cloud on the Title.
So, he decided to send me one dollar and said I need to sign a quick claim deed. No way. Then he had the people he was selling the ranch to sue for quiet title. We counter-sued and changed venue to Federal Courthouse in Casper and filed the Title 18. the day of the trial the U.S. Marshalls’ informed us that there were no officers in the courthouse, only three clerks in the office were left. When we entered they raised their hands and stated ” We are nothing but sailors.” We held court in the Clerks office and the Marshall stood at the door and guarded for us. They were summoned did not show up. We did not file a Summary Judgement, there is no Statute of Limitation on Fraud. In additional files we have taken a picture of the original filing.
This was before we knew about the American State National movement and we were being helped by Gordon Guench was part of the David Wynn Miller movement.

One other note: After the Title 18 suit, one of the Judges from the Wyoming Bar Association came to me and told me I was the subject of the Bar Association meeting. And he said they had great respect for me.
