2 DUI arrests more than thirty years ago, I was 27 yrs and 29 yrs respectively, no injuries or damage other than myself and slight damage to a semi trailer bumper, paid restitution for damages served 7 days jail, fall of 2024 citation for not having license plates on my vehicle while traveling, sent documents stating the fraud, proving right to travel, voluntary licensing, judge charged, contacted by a third party debt collection agency for fines, haven’t heard from them since. i was coerced into getting license plates on my vehicle again, by the Assistant Police Chief.
